Return & Refund Policy
At Archana Prints, every product is specially designed and customised as per your requirements. Since each order is made on demand, we follow a strict "No Return, No Refund, No Exchange" policy. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. Therefore:
1. Wrong or Damaged Product Received
If you receive a product that is:
- Physically damaged
- Incorrect
- Has a major printing defect
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery at support@archanaprints.com with clear photos/videos of the issue and the order ID.
Our team will verify and may offer:
- A replacement, OR
- A reprint of the defective portion (based on internal approval)
2. Customisation Disclaimer
Colours and print output may differ slightly due to:
- Screen brightness
- Image quality
- Material differences
Minor variations are considered normal and not eligible for replacement.
3. Order Cancellation
Since all products are custom-made, orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless the production has not started and our team approves the request.
4. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure:
- Correct spelling and details
- High-quality photos
- Accurate delivery address
Archana Prints is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
